Returns and Cancellation Policy

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase!

Please refer to our Returns & Cancellation Policy below if you wish to return or cancel an order. If you have any issues that are not covered in the Policy below, please reach out to our customer service team at cs@bpgroupusa.com for further assistance.

Returns

Please note that Boiling Point does not accept returns except for incorrect or damaged orders. For the health and safety of our customers and employees, all returned products are immediately discarded as we are not able to monitor how the products have been handled once they leave our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you feel you have received an incorrect order, or if your order was damaged during transit, please submit a claims form within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.

Please Note: If the evidence of damage is not available for inspection, your claim may be denied.

Boiling Point Claims Form

The Boiling Point claims form for incorrect and/or damaged orders can be found here. Once your claim has been submitted, we will review and get back to you as soon as possible. During this time, please hold on to all packaging and products you received. 

Once your return has been approved, please ship all incorrect and/or damaged products to the address listed below. Please also include the following information with your return: your name, contact information, claim type, and order number.

    Once shipped, it may take anywhere from 7 to 25 days for your return to reach us. We highly recommend that you ship your return with tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Returns will only be processed for those items that we actually receive.

    Undeliverable Packages

    About Undeliverable Packages. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be charged a return fee. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. Note that shipping charges are NOT refundable. Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements for any customer we believe to be abusing this process.     Processing Returns

    All returns will be promptly processed, and we typically refund the cost of all returned items to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 days of receiving the return order. Note that shipping charges are NOT refundable. Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements for any customer we believe to be abusing this process. As a policy, we generally only offer one replacement per customer.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If the tracking number for your order shows that your package was delivered, but you have not yet received it, please contact USPS at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/. Boiling Point is not liable for lost or stolen packages that show a successful delivery to the correct delivery address.

    Order Cancellation

    It may be possible for you to cancel an order within 5 hours of placing that order. Please call us at +1 (626) 551-5181 ext. 139 between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, or email us at cs@bpgroupusa.com to request a cancellation. Boiling Point makes NO guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
