Perishable/Frozen Items policy

Because the Perishable/ Frozen Items sold through our Online Store require special shipping and packaging to ensure that they arrive in the optimal condition, these Items can currently only be shipped to addresses located within the following three (3) states: Arizona, California, and Nevada. Delivery to P.O. Boxes is also not available for these Items for the same reason.

Perishable/ Frozen Items are not eligible for free shipping and require an additional shipping charge of $9.95 per combo/package.

Orders placed before 10am on weekdays: Expected arrival the next day.
Orders placed before 10am on weekend: Expected arrival Tuesday.

All such Items will be packaged with ice packs to ensure freshness and should arrive within 1-2 days once shipped. Perishable/ Frozen Items will be shipped separately for orders containing both Perishable/ Frozen Items and non-Perishable/ Frozen Items.

Please immediately freeze all Perishable/ Frozen Items upon receipt. These Items must remain frozen until they are ready to be boiled and enjoyed. Failure to report spoilage within 2 hours of receipt of any such orders will be at the loss of the customer. All other defects with such Items must be reported within 7 days from receipt of the order.

Boiling Point is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients, and none of our products contain any artificial preservatives or coloring. Perishable/ Frozen Items that are properly stored in the freezer should remain fresh and delicious for about six (6) months.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by our carriers and the actual delivery date may vary depending on any number of factors. There may also be additional shipping time needed if your area is experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disaster, unscheduled event, etc.).
